下面是收到的邮件， 第一次被投诉，我该这么回复呢?求帮忙

没有乱发邮件，只是用来注册文章站发文章的。

We will await your response indicating that you have complied with the order, dispute it, or require a reasonable extension of time to resolve the issue.
