好像是说 paypal的用户名和注册的不一致。。。郁闷啊怎么办啊里面数据好像都没了。。

你违反了TOS；
原因是你购买使用的注册账户名字和PP账户名字不同，这个VPS是没指望了，但你修改一致之后，还是可以买他们的吧
