购买midphase.com的VPS,用PAYPAL付款，PAYPAL（aaaa@qq.com）已经认证，但没有绑定信用卡，用bbbb@qq.com注册下单之后，客服回复

出现这个原因不知道是不是我购买VPS上用的注册EMAIL，和PAYPAL支付EMAIL不一致造成的，还是其他原因，希望有经验的大大可以帮忙下，哪里出错？

midphase 这些uk2旗下的基本都只喜欢信用卡很多时候信用卡买都被要求验证所以pp么会更加杯具
