Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Free Dedicated IP on Basic Plan. We have the Business Plan that can offers a Dedicated IP Included in the price.

A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $4.95 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term.

I can certainly understand your thoughts, however, we have to look at the following factors:

1.) We are fast running out of servers that can handle Chinese accounts. The Chinese firewall is blocking our servers at a faster rate and we simply do not have the servers free to move further accounts

2.) We cannot simply change the shared IP address of the server. The firewall would eventually block the new shared IP, resulting in the need for another IP change. This causes issues with customer that host their own DNS and would also result in very quickly depleting the available IP addresses in our IP pool.

3.) Staff are currently spending enormous amounts of time constantly moving accounts from one server to the next, sometimes moving a single accounts 2-3 times in only 2 days time. This is causing large issues with delays for other customers

The newest solution is not perfect, however, it is the only solution that will basically ensure that your site will not be blocked in the future based on the actions of other customers on the same server. The move to LPCP and the purchase of a dedicated IP would be required for your account.
