credit card billing address 他们查得到？国内申请信用卡的时候填的都是中文的，难道银行内部还帮你翻译成英文存档？而且现在很多都是email发账单的。

反正没给你扣钱，你填写一次信用卡账单地址，稍微正确点应该就行了，再续费一次。

这里有说这个订单没有成功，而且没有收费。

你信用卡显示扣费，但是要过几天才会真正出结果的，你可以问银行这款是否真正扣走了。
