但是手机收到信用卡的付费通知,请问这到底成功了没有 ?

第一次购买也是信用卡,成功的.续费就遇到这情况.信用卡扣钱了,但是没续费成功.请问这怎么解决 ?  英文怎么写.VPS今天就到期,

以为哪里没弄好,点了三次, 信用卡扣了三次 .哎. ....

超期加费用 ? 那信用卡续费失败4次,能退款 ? 一般多长时间 .了解下.信用卡问了招行不能退的.

今天也是提示这个，但是下午银行说我有笔付款
