流量方面没有限制，但是有这么句：Any Web site that uses an extremely high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given the option to either pay additional fees (which will depend on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade its service.

对服务器的资源使用有一定的上线，主要是指CPU的使用时间和内存使用大小 网络资源占用情况，超过的话将要付额外的费用或者自己减轻资源占用。


关于图片多媒体方面的有这么句：

Multimedia files are defined as any graphics, audio, and video files. Pronet Hosting Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and storing unusual amounts of multimedia files. Any Web site whose disk space usage for storing multimedia files exceeds 70% of its total usage, in terms of total size or number of files, will be considered to be using an unusual amount of multimedia files

Pronethosting的空间不能专门用来存储图片等多媒体文件，在整个空间的文件占用里面，多媒体的文件不能超过70%。
