被注册商以非法注册占据域名，ICANN投诉几次无果，求大神帮助，或者有偿寻找可以帮助的大神

ICANN was advised by the registrar that they had contacted you to assist with your query regarding domain name XXX.com.
You are being requested to provide ID verification that you are the registrant. If the registrar does not receive this information they are unable to provide you with the auth code to enable the transfer. As per ICANN guidelines, a Registrar can only provide the auth code to the registrant of a domain name. Please therefore contact your registrar.
