Krypt/VPLS will be performing an overhaul of our entire Los Angeles data centers.  This will provide our customers with facility enhancements to allow maximum uptime and to provide better connectivity at our Los Angeles facility.

The process will begin at 11 A.M. PST on Tuesday November 6th, 2012 throughout the day.  There will be a loss of service that will last approximately 3-5 hours.  We recommend you take the necessary precautions to preserve your data from any possible loss and that proper backups are performed before the maintenance window.   We offer backup services such as Crash Plan Pro, which will automatically backup your data to a remote cloud in real time.  You can activate this free trial under services in my.krypt.com by submitting a ticket for a one month trial and cancel before the trial ends to avoid a monthly fee of $15.00 USD if you are not happy with the service.
