求大神解释，BUYVM也用了很久了，今天所有的vps全挂，就因为这个IP，不知道怎么了

Your service has been discovered to be linked to the Vincent Chan ROSKO spam network As this is a very serious TOS/AUP violation, the offending service has been terminated. No data or compensation will be made available. Any remaining services on your account have also been suspended, and a TOS/AUP Violation Fine (Invoice 52650) added to your account. This invoice must be paid in full before any remaining service may be reactivated, or further services purchased. Please be aware that failure to settle this fine within 48 hours will result in complete account termination, and you will not be permitted any further services with us.
